ABOUT US

The success of our company is the close collaboration of passionate people that each master either their artistic or technical strength.

Coastline Modern Houses combines the knowledge of builder, engineer and architect that work together since 2011 and are well implanted in the area. All phases of the building process is controlled by the same team which makes it that much more efficient and expedite.

Since 2017 we submitted projects to the Westchester Design Award Competition and were nominated each time for our modernity and clean design.

Mariella MaliziaArchitectural Designer

Mariella is the owner of Swiss Contemporary Design. She lived and studied in Switzerland at the Ecole Politechnique Federale de Lausanne. Her career started there and then continued in New York. She is a passionate believer in clean, contemporary architecture that respectfully interacts with the surrounding environment.

Marek GazdaBuilder

Marek is the president of Gazda Construction. He brought his knowledge from Poland and has successfully built in the area since years after studying engineering. He masters every area of the construction as well as the building codes and regulations.

ARCHITECTURE

Projects and designs are done with sensitivity and respect to the environment. Our houses correspond to today’s more casual living with loft like spaces and generous openings.

Our structural knowledge serves the needs of the architectural requests. columns and I-beams remain exposed and become crucial elements.

Our company specializes in modern details like stair cases, railings and built-ins as well as an interesting use of natural materials on the inside as well as on the outside.
