We are a firm of builders, architects and engineers specializing in building and selling of residential houses.
Our company takes on projects in New York and Connecticut and most houses we have built and re-built in the recent years are located in upscale lower Westchester area right outside of New York City.
Our complete services start from locating a property and doing real-estate analysis, followed by full architectural and engineering design, including permits and approvals, and start to finish building and developing process to tun key condition.
BUILDING AND DEVELOPING
We’ve been active in lower Westchester since many years and have reached a full understanding of the area and its real-estate. On top of it our company manages all aspects of the construction with many specializations being done by our own crew without the intervention of too many outside sub-contractors.
ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN
We’ve been the first ones to introduce modern architecture locally and keep being inventive and creative in our projects. With the help of our gifted engineers we are able to incorporate the structure of our houses as a definition of our open spaces and as architectural statement.
