Coastline Modern Houses is a design and build company specializing in building and selling residential homes in Westchester county NY and other New York and Connecticut areas.

The company was created by the fusion of a design company, “Swiss Contemporary Design”, and a construction company, “Gazda Construction”.

We primarily build and sell new and modern homes as well as provide complete services starting by locating a property and real-estate analysis, followed by full architectural and engineering design including permits and approvals, and start to finish building and construction process to turn key condition.
